Guidance on booking multiple pitches or group bookings

We know our campers love to get together at Snelling Farm, be that 2 or 3 families camping together or larger groups of up to ten families in our Meadow Field which is allocated specially for this.

We still have the same rules in both fields (no music and noise curfews apply) so do just check with all members of your group that they are happy for these before booking.

You get to choose your own space and pitches on arrival. So please be sure that the first camper arriving chooses a suitable space for your group, giving yourselves lots of room for tents and car parking (we have nearly 30 acres of camping so there's no excuse!).

We ask that you self allocate yourself a field on arrival:

Oak Tree Field - Small quiet family groups, families & couples.

Meadow Field - For family groups (3+ families) and non-family groups. For those groups who might be up a bit later (after 10pm), sitting round a campfire, having a chat and a laugh. No music and 11.30pm noise curfew still applies.

Please note the noise of children playing, having fun or doesn't matter in either field. We are a family friendly campsite.

Campfires are allowed in both fields.

Now on to the booking process...

We charge per person per night, so even if you think that you could 'fit' on 1 pitch, ie. 2 small tents please select 2 pitches for the purposes of booking and payment. You can of course pitch up together.

If you are all staying for the same number of nights

1. Click on the first night of your stay on the calander on the booking page. This will take you through to our booking system.
2. Choose your dates and enter the number of adults and children for the 1st pitch.
3. Select the pitch and click add, this will add the first pitch to the basket.
4. For the next pitch, make sure you enter the same dates, and then change the number of adults and children.
5. This will then bring up the correct price, again click add to add the second pitch to the basket.
6. Don't worry about the pitch number as we are a large field and you choose your own pitch. The pitch numbers are for the booking system only.
7. Repeat accordingly and finish the booking process.

If you are staying for a different number of nights

We know that members of group booking often stay for a different number of nights.

• If this is the case then you must complete a totally seperate booking for each pitch entering the different dates for each booking. (Sorry about this but our booking system provider doesn't have an option for multiple pitches over different dates.
